A MAN TO DANCE
His arms outstretched high
Wet cheeks in indicative of a cry
His body moves on a sway
It’s his veritable way to pray
With long limbs and hands
He is a man to dance
Broad shoulders, eyes like lotuses
All admire His gorgeousness
Some come to witness
A program for physical fitness?
Not, an actual spontaneous gesture
One that can easily fester
And spread like some wildfire
An expression of a steep desire
Unworldly, stunning to yogi nudists
To the Muslims, Hindus, and Buddhists
The mood is one of abandon
With or without a companion
Some of inclined to imitate
That which He sincerely did initiate
A compulsion from the heart
Where some attempt an active part
He is that much in love
With the Supreme there above
His behaviour you cannot fake
No weapon can cause it to break
The enactor of this endeavour
Is the master of the forever
He’s admired as Chaitanya
Immersed in the spirit of ananda
Since birth He appeared a light golden
Spoke of peace with heart stolen
